Peanut Butter Whip

The best things I create are just from browsing Pinterest all day for inspiration and searching through my fridge and cabinets for what I have on hand. This Peanut Butter Whip came from that. I kept seeing recipes for chocolate mousse, lemon mousse and other desserts, and while they sounded delish, I'm a fiend for savory desserts. So, I whipped out a couple of ingredients while dinner finished cooking and this is what I came up with. I love that I was able to keep it keto-friendly by using brown Swerve instead of brown sugar to give it just a hint of sweetness. If you lick the bowl, I won't tell!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup Creamy peanut butter
1 tsp Brown sugar or brown Swerve
Candied nuts or topping of your choice
I used sweet and spicy pecans

Supplies:

Stand mixer with whisk attachment or
Hand mixer and bowl
Rubber spatula
Measuring spoons
Measuring cups

Directions:

In stand mixer with whisk attachment or bowl with hand mixer, whisk heavy whipping cream on high for 5 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Add peanut butter and brown sugar or brown Swerve and mix until combined. Pour into serving dish or use a piping bag with a decorative tip to transfer it into your serving bowls. Top with nuts of your choice.

Tips:

Since this is such an easy treat to make, I like to make a few ahead of time and store them in the fridge or the freezer until after dinner. Freezing them makes it almost like a peanut butter ice cream treat.
