Whipped Feta Dip

Dip: 16 oz Feta cheese block 4 oz cream cheese Drizzle of olive oil 1/2 cup honey 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper Toppings: 1/4 cup Fig jam spread Drizzle of Honey Chopped Pistachios Craisins Dried Parsley Sprinkle of salt and pepper Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, whisk together the feta, cream cheese, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper until blended and fairly smooth.
