Hi! I'm Cassie!
I was born and raised in Kansas City, the heart of America. Being in the melting pot of cultures (and home of the best BBQ!), the region, along with my multicultural background, yielded a love for all things food and cooking for me. Using organic, natural and whole food ingredients whenever possible is a passion included in each meal. A full, in-your-face experience is always in season. Follow along as I share family recipes, experiment with new flavors and tastes, and create small masterpieces dreamt up and inspired by the love in my heart.
