Turkey Stock
Save the turkey neck and other insides
Potato skins from Mashed Potatoes
Green bean tips from Green Bean Casserole
Onion and garlic skins and root ends
Remaining chicken broth from Sourdough Stuffing
Bell pepper stems (any veggie stems from your appetizer plates)
Mushroom stems
1/2 head of peeled garlic, leftover from the Herb Roasted Turkey recipe
1 tsp Turkey Herb Blend
4-5 bay leaves

Add water to brim of a large stock pot and bring to a soft boil while turkey cooks. You may have to keep adding water as it boils off. The flavor pay out will be so worth the wait.
Save 2 cups+ of stock for making Turkey Gravy
Save 1 cup for adding to Sourdough Stuffing.
