Chimichurri
Chimichurri not only goes great over the Cuban Steak, but
can be used as a dipping sauce for tortilla chips or even toasted French bread.
Yum!
Ingredients:
1 cup packed fresh Italian parsley
½ cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup packed fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves, peeled
¾ tsp dried red pepper flakes
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt
Supplies:
Measuring cup
Measuring spoons
Blender
Directions:
Puree all ingredients in blender until smooth but slightly
chunky. Transfer to a serving bowl. Spoon the chimichurri sauce over Cuban Steak after it's cooked.
