Campfire Series: Margaritas

Ingredients
1 can frozen limeade
3 cans water
¾ can tequila blanco
½ can triple sec
1 lime
Coarse salt

Supplies:
2 one gallon zip top bags
2 small zip top bags
Knife
Cutting board
Cups

Directions:
Combine frozen limeade, water, tequila and triple sec into a large gallon zip top bag. Cut lime into wedges and place in small bag. Place a small amount of coarse salt into the other zip top bag. Place all 3 bags into another gallon zip top bag to prevent spills and leaks. Freeze.

At camp:
Rub a lime wedge over rim of cup, dip cup into bag with salt and coat the rim. Knead the margarita mix, it should be  slushy, pour into cups. Cheers!

Tips:

Keeping your cooler full and freezing everything before you go on your trip is the best way to keep foods cold while camping. The alcohol won't freeze completely solid so the margarita mixture should be nice and frozen. Double bag the mix to keep it from spilling and leaking.
